- Complete "Transaction Contact" Form 2
- Completed " Verification of Fees" Form 3
- Complete 1003 (send separately form Fannie Mae file)
- Email Fannie mae 3.0/3.2 or point pcf file to erica(at)icontactone.com
- Tri-Merge Credit Report in Contact One's Name (in community property states, the non-borrowing spouse's credit report must also be provided. Community property states include AZ, CA, ID, LA, NV, NM, TX, WA, WI.
- Self Employed borrowers must provide 2 years W-@ and current paystubs.
- Asset Documentations must be provided if being used for qualifications.
- Signed borrower's authorization in Contact One's Name.
- Signed 4506-T
- Mortgage Coupon (For Refinance)
- Hazard Insurance (For Refinance)
Purchase Transactions require all documentation listed above, in addition to the following: - All pages of the signed purchase contract/agreement.
- Copy of earnest money deposit.
- Asset documentation must be provided on purchases transaction.
